Cow Stretch: A Gentle Pose for Spinal Flexibility and Relaxation

The cow stretch is a simple yet effective yoga pose that helps improve spinal flexibility, release tension, and promote mindful breathing. Commonly practiced as part of the Cat–Cow sequence, the cow stretch gently arches the spine, opens the chest, and stretches the front of the body. This pose encourages better posture by lengthening the spine and easing stiffness in the neck, shoulders, and lower back.
